We were already quite impressed by indie developer Ganesh Mamadapur’s graphically stunning open world flight/nature sim, Chase & Hunt, when we reviewed it back in October — and now the game’s latest content update has taken it to a whole new height of excellence!
So what makes this update so great? Well, for starters, it adds tilt controls (something iFanzine’s Gwen Phua mentioned the game would benefit from in her review) and 3D touch integration (something that should make this a must-have for iPhone 6S users). Then we’ve got features like the ability to save your game with a flexible save point system, record and share your game clips with Replay Kit, and upgrade your eagle to perform better. And lastly, but by no means leastly, Ganesh has added two all-new gameplay modes to Chase & Hunt: “Mission” mode that allows you to play short levels and “Zen” mode in which you can just fly around the game’s gorgeous locales without worrying about timers.
