Pokémon Masters has just received a nice little content injection, which introduces new Pokémon, Trainers, and more to the mobile RPG.
You can now set Legendary Pokémon Solgaleo as your partner Pokémon. You might recognise this Legendary Pokémon from the Alola region.

You can also recruit new sync pairs Cynthia and Garchomp and Lance and Dragonite. They’ll be available in spotlight scouts until January 21.
Meanwhile, a bunch of new events are taking place right now, including The Beast That Devours the Sun, which will provide you with items necessary to power up Solgaleo.
The Two Champions event focuses on Cynthia and Lance, and will help you to learn more about these new trainers.
Finally, the New Year’s Rally event rewards you with up to 7,000 gems for playing special missions and logging in between now and January 21.
