Winterveil Studios has put two of its awesome indie adventures on sale. That means that right now you can pick up the brilliant Distraint 2 and the also brilliant Heal: Pocket Edition for just 99c each. And we definitely think you should do that if you haven’t played the games before.
Distraint 2 is a psychological horror adventure set in a strange mansion. It’s all about trying to reclaim your soul after you’ve done something icky. It’s deep and dark, but there’s humor there as well, and you don’t have to have played the first game to get what’s going on.
And then there’s Heal: Pocket Edition. This one’s a head-scratching puzzle adventure with shades of point-and-click escape room games. It’s all about guiding an old man through his memories, sort of. There’s not much dialogue or text – you’re going to have to figure things out for yourself.
