Moonlighter

Moonlighter, by 11 Bit Studios, is Coming to Mobile This Year

11 Bit Studios has announced that it’s bringing its action RPG Moonlighter to mobile this year, albeit with a few changes.

In Moonlighter, you play as a shopkeeper who gets his wares from nearby dungeons. You’ll battle through them, gathering loot, gold, and other niceties.

Moonlighter is a Zelda-Like Action RPG

You’ll then place things on sale in your shop to earn money. You can then spend that money on shop upgrades and new staff to largely take care of it for you.

Much like Animal Crossing, you can also make friends with the locals and help them set up their own businesses to grow the town. In return, they’ll craft you new items and enchant your equipment.

The mobile version differs considerably from the PC version too. Your character will automatically attack nearby monsters, leaving you to swipe or tap to dodge. There will also be less monsters to fight generally, but they’ll each be more powerful.

We’ll let you know as soon as Moonlighter hits the App Store. In the meantime, you can learn more about it on Steam.
