League of Legends: Wild Rift is Getting a Limited Soft-Launch in the Philippines

This is definitely a case of good news, bad news for iOS gamers looking to get their hands on League of Legends: Wild Rift. The good news is that it’s going to have a limited soft-launch. The bad news is that it’s only going to be in the Philippines. And it’s only going to be on Android.

What is League of Legends: Wild Rift? Well, it’s the mobile version of League of Legends. It’s bringing the same intense MOBA gameplay from the PC version and putting it in the palm of your hand. The game has been in development for a while It’s being built by the original developers, Riot Games.

It’s good to see that the mobile version of the game is progressing. Soft-launches are designed to work out the kinks of almost finished games, which means we’re edging closer to everyone getting their hands on League of Legends: Wild Rift.

League of Legends: Wild Rift will be the third game in the LoL canon to make it to mobile. We’ve already got Teamfight Tactics, which is an auto-battler, and Legends of Runeterra, which is a super-deep card game set in the LoL universe.

Hopefully it won’t be too long before League of Legends: Wild Rift is available all around the world. We’re definitely excited to get some LoL action in the palm of our hands. And we’ll keep you updated as and when we have more info about the game.
