Another legendary gaming series has joined the Apple Arcade roster with the release of Layton’s Mystery Journey+. It’s out right this second, and we reckon it’d make a wonderful addition to your Apple Arcade library.
The game is based on Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires’ Conspiracy, the first official Layton sequel to debut on mobile. It sees you solving a huge number of puzzles as you try to get to the bottom of the disappearance of Professor Layton himself.
You play at the professor’s daughter, Kat Layton, and the game is set around the famous landmarks of London. Along the way you’ll meet an intriguing cast of new characters, as well as some famous faces from the past.
As you’d expect from a Layton game, everything here looks gorgeous, and the puzzles are going to require you to use your brain in some new and innovative ways. Which is exactly what you want, right?
