Perchang has launched a new, free expansion to its dungeon crawling tactical battler Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower. It’s called Shadows Over Hammerhal, and it adds new enemies, characters and a whole new story to the experience.
There are ten new enemy types to fight with, a swathe of new subterranean locations and some gorgeous new locations to travel through. You’ll also get a new champion called the Evocator Prime. They sound important, you should probably listen to them.
All of this is based on the expansion of the same name that was added to the physical Warhammer Quest. As in the real-world, so in the digital. Or something like that. Either way, there’s loads of monsters waiting for you to kill them under the twin-tail city. Here’s a trailer.
And the best thing about all of this is that the expansion is completely free. All you need to do is update your game and you’ll have it. That’s pretty darn sweet. After all, what’s better than new stuff? New free stuff.
