Fortnite Season 8 has just arrived, and with it a bunch of new exciting features. The most notable of these is easily the volcano that erupted, spreading lava across portions of the map.
This damages anyone that touches it, but also has a unique benefit. Vents of hot air that burst out of it can propel players and vehicles into the air.
Fortnite Season 8 includes a bunch of new features
There are two new locations on the map, Lazy Lagoon and Sunny Steps, a new Pirate Cannon weapon, a Close Encounters LTM, and, as ever, a brand new Battle Pass.
The two new outfits, which you can unlock more parts for as you progress throughout the season, go by the names Blackheart and Hybrid. You can check them out in the official trailer above.
