Honkai: Star Rail is an upcoming turn based RPG from MiHoYo that’s set in the Honkai universe. It was announced a couple of weeks ago, and now the first part of the closed beta is about to launch. When? October 27th.
Sign ups for the closed beta have shut down now, so if you haven’t already registered then you’re out of luck this time, The beta is exclusively for players on iOS and PC devices, and it doesn’t have a finish date right now.
Honkai: Star Rail is a gorgeous-looking RPG with an intriguing set of characters and a massive space train. It’s just as good-looking as Genshin Impact, and it’s already creating a good deal of buzz in mobile circles. Here’s a trailer.

We’ll let you know when we hear anything more about Honkai: Impact Rail, but it’s fair to say we’re pretty excited to get our hands on this one. Genshin Impact has been one of the big success stories of the past couple of years, and Honkai: Impact Rail looks like it might follow in those mighty, cel-shaded footprints.
