Elder Scrolls: Legends fans, rejoice! Your favourite card game has just received its latest expansion, Moons of Elsweyr, right alongside the Elder Scrolls Online expansion that also takes place in the Khajit homeland.

Moons of Elsweyr also features similar content, including dragons(!), Khajit, and necromancers – along with, of course, a whopping 75 new cards.

Moons of Elsweyr Takes Place in the Khajit Homeland During the Imperial Occupation of Rimmen

It takes place during a period in which the Imperial Forces, led by Euraxia Thorn, are causing havoc within Elsweyr after occupying the city of Rimmen.

Not only that, but ancient dragons have made a reappearance and are currently wreaking havoc across the land of the Khajit.

In terms of gameplay, the expansion introduces two new mechanics: lunar cycles and necromancy, to freshen things up a bit.

The lunar cycle changes the properties of cards depending on the current phase of the moon, while necromancy allows you to consume an unwanted card from your discard pile in exchange for new abilities.

Elder Scrolls: Legends, along with the Moons of Elsweyr expansion, are both available right now from the App Store.
