Valve have just released a mobile version of hit title Dota Auto Chess – and named it Dota Underworld.
The original PC version (a mod) has over 8 million users globally, and this mobile iteration isn’t simply a stripped down version of its big brother.
A dota with destiny
Dota Underworld asks you to put together an army of characters and then assemble them across the game board (hence the chess element of the title’s original name).
They then automatically battle your opponents (of which there are eight), but you have to make sure you have the correct units in the right places – and then make sure they’re all properly equipped too.
You can check out Dota Underlords for yourself via the App Store now, although please note the game is currently in the beta phase.
