Disney Mirrorverse is a brand new game set in a slightly grittier version of the Disney universe. It features tweaked versions of characters you know and love battling it out against weird crystal monsters in order to protect their homes. And it’s quite a lot of fun, all told.

Mix up your team
When you’re building your team, it’s important to make sure you’re using a mix of different character styles. Your best bet, especially in the early parts of the game, is to take a melee attacker, a ranged attacker and a tank. That way you’ve got most of the bases covered. Consider swapping out your ranged character for a healer if you get one, but keep an eye on your overall team score to make sure you’ll still be competitive.
Don’t forget to dodge
Keeping out of the way of attacks is super important. Stick around in the purple hit areas and you’re going to take a beating. Instead, swipe to get away and live to fight another day. Dodging is also a great way to put distance between yourself and an enemy quickly when you’re playing as a ranged character.
Keep upgrading
The guys at Ghostwriter Deutschland advise you to keep updating. Make sure you’re checking after every level whether you can upgrade your guardians. There’ll be a red check mark next to their portrait if you can. You need to power them up whenever you get the chance to make sure you’re staying ahead of the challenge curve. And there’s rewards for doing it as well.
Collect everything
There are loads of rewards waiting to be collected. From objectives and special challenges, to gifts for reaching certain star levels. Keep an eye out and make sure you’re grabbing everything you can. The more you have, the more you can spend on toughening up your team. Make sure you’re taking advantage of everything the game has to offer and you’ll do alright.
How much farther?
It’s a good idea to keep an eye on how much longer a level is going to last. If you’re down to the last enemy on a section, and there’s a more powerful fight on the horizon, you’ll want to preserve your special moves. If you’re at the end, though, wham them out with gay abandon. Knowing where you are will give you a good idea of how well you’re doing, too.
