The classic-style RPG Battle Chasers: Nightwar is coming to mobile this summer, developer Airship Syndicate has announced.
If you haven’t heard of it, this is a turn-based RPG that draws inspiration from the classics like Final Fantasy.
You’ll build a party of three heroes from a possible six, then head out for adventure.
Battle Chasers: Nightwar is based on the 90s comic
There are dungeons to explore, which are chock full of enemies to beat, puzzles to solve, and traps to avoid.
Your characters have battle and dungeon skills to help them progress. In this game, enemies aren’t the only threat.
In terms of battle, it draws inspiration from classic Final Fantasy, with your characters taking it in turns to unleash a variety of massive attacks.
Battle Chasers was originally a comic book that launched during the nineties, and has since garnered a cult following.
A video game based on the franchise launched last year across consoles, and it’s that exact game that will launch in the summer on mobile. We’ll keep you posted.
