Is there anything that can’t be improved by the addition of zombies? The newly released ‘Death Valley’ expansion for Square Enix’s Hitman: Sniper answers that question with a resounding, blood-curdling NO!
That’s right folks, Hitman: Sniper’s eagerly awaited zombie mode has finally arrived, and it’s an enjoyably tense and challenging addition to an already excellent game. Set in an all-new environment — an abandoned military base — ‘Death Valley’ finds Agent 47 acting as protector to a zombie apocalypse survivor named Ben. Your job in each nail-biting stage is to quickly gun down encroaching hordes of undead before they manage to swarm poor ol’ Ben and tear him to shreds.
The update features three difficulty levels, over 30 achievements to unlock, new customizable weapon options, and dynamic AI that adjusts to the player’s performance making every game feel new and different. You can get a good taste of what it offers by hitting the play icon up top to view the new trailer.
The ‘Death Valley’ update is free for existing owners of Hitman: Sniper. And for anyone who fancies headshotting some undead but has yet to pick up the game, the good news is that it’s currently on sale with 60% off.
