Giveaway: Win N.O.V.A. 3, This Could Hurt & LostWinds 2!

You didn’t think just because we’ve already got a giveaway for shiny new iPod Touch on the go we wouldn’t also find the time to squeeze in our regular contest this week, did you? I mean, if you do score that fantastic prize, you’re gonna want to load it up with some of the biggest and best new iOS games, right…? With that in mind, up for grabs this week are N.O.V.A. 3 – Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance, This Could Hurt and LostWinds 2: Winter of the Melodias!

Here’s a little more info about this week’s trio of terrific prizes —

N.O.V.A. 3 – Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance: N.O.V.A. 3 sees Gameloft give the freemium stuff a rest and return to doing what they do best: crowbarring humongous, ‘console-quality’ experiences onto our iDevices! This, the third installment of their wildly successful sci-fi FPS franchise, puts players back in the boots of space marine Karl Wardin and boasts a sprawling, story-driven single player campaign plus 12-player battles in 6 multiplayer modes!

This Could Hurt: This quirky new platformer from Chillingo and Orange Agenda, the folks behind last year’s break-out indie hit Stellar Escape, is so good it hurts! This Could Hurt challenges players to carefully pick their way through an array of beautiful but deadly obstacle course-style levels. Simple one-touch controls, lush visuals, and inventive gameplay make this one a winner. We’ve got one copy up for grabs.

Lostwinds 2: Winter of the Melodias: Frontier Developments struck gold with the first LostWinds, which put a spin on platformers by having the player guide air currents as well as the stubby-limbed hero. The sequel ups the ante with even more intricate environments, more powers, and a season-switching mechanic, so what’s not to love? We could hoard a copy all to ourselves or gift one to you…and we have a pretty good idea which of those you’d choose.
