If you’ve been looking for proof that premium gaming on mobile isn’t quite dead yet, this is it! Butterscotch Shenanigans are today celebrating selling their 500,000th copy of Crashlands, the insanely fun sci-fi survival RPG that blew everyone’s minds (including ours) when it initially came out back in 2016.
That mightily impressive sales figure takes into account all platforms the game is available on, but Butterscotch Shenanigans say that the vast majority of purchases came from iOS and Android users.
And there’s more good news too. To mark this milestone occasion and pay forward their well-deserved good fortune, Butterscotch Shenanigans are putting Crashlands on sale for 40% off on mobile for the next few days. That means you can currently grab the game for the bargain price of just $2.99 from both the App Store and Google Play.
The price of the Steam version of Crashlands has also been permanently lowered from $14.99 to $9.99.
